My coaching style is influenced by many years as a competitive athlete. I create psychological safety while challenging you to grow, and I balance structure with flexibility to meet you where you are.

    We identify the unconscious patterns creating friction - the ways you react under pressure, avoid difficult conversations, or default to control when things feel uncertain. Awareness is the first step to choice.

    We develop strategies and practice to shift your patterns and improve your ability to lead - beliefs (inner critic, imposter syndrome, black and white thinking), mindsets (expert, victim, scarcity), emotional tendencies (avoiding conflict, denying vulnerability, outsourcing approval).

  3. Upgrading Your Interpersonal Skills

    We build new skills: how to develop others with a growth mindset, empower without micromanaging, facilitate collaboration, influence without authority, listen with presence, speak candidly without damaging relationships and navigate complexity with integrity.

Leadership Transformation (6-12 Months)

For leaders ready to do the deep work of lasting change.

This comprehensive partnership is designed for executives committed to transforming how they lead. We work together to shift the unconscious patterns limiting your effectiveness and build the interpersonal strategies that drive sustainable success.

What’s included:

  • In-depth intake: Comprehensive assessment including 360 interviews to create your personalized development roadmap

  • Stakeholder alignment: Collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure progress on critical development objectives

  • Coaching sessions: Recommended cadence is every other week (there may be times when it makes sense to meet more often)

  • Ongoing accessibility: Support in between includes email, text and 20-minute calls (as needed)

Commitment: 6-12 months, active participation in exercises between sessions

Breakthrough a Challenge (5 Sessions)

For leaders who want to tackle a leadership challenge with new insight and strategy.

This focused engagement uses the Enneagram - a powerful framework for understanding your personality patterns and blind spots - to uncover what is driving your friction. We apply those insights to your challenge and practice new approaches.

What’s included:

  • Deep dive into your patterns (2 sessions): Explore your Enneagram assessment - your strengths, work style, reactive patterns - and how they are impacting your leadership

  • Applied coaching (3 sessions): Work on a specific challenge and practice shifting a contributing pattern(s) in real-time

Commitment: 5 sessions over 6-8 weeks, exercises between sessions
